This year we’re celebrating International Women’s Day by launching a groundbreaking global campaign to help women around the world get access to government information that will benefit them, their families, and their communities.

Dear Good, This year we’re celebrating International Women’s Day by launching a groundbreaking global campaign to help women around the world get access to government information that will benefit them, their families, and their communities. Our work over the last 20 years has shown us that women often have a more difficult time accessing information than men do. Through the Inform Women, Transform Lives campaign, we are raising awareness about women’s right to access public information and working with 13 cities on five continents to help them give women information about city services like housing, electricity, job training, support for victims of domestic violence, and health care. We’d like you to help us start a global conversation about this important issue by watching this 90-second video and sharing it with your social media networks.
